The purpose of the knowledge of different games and active participation. It houses a considerable amount of interactive exhibitions that awaken the visitor's curiosity by offering him the opportunity of playing and increasing his knowledge under the slogan "No touching forbidden". This proposal of active participation is apt for people of all ages. It is located within the Recoleta Cultural Center, and has served as a model and starting-point for similar initiatives in the country and abroad. In the Room of Waves and Sounds one can experiment with the propagation of sound and the actual visualization of same. Visitors at a more advanced level can carry out resonance experiments and partake of the activities carried out in the laboratory where they can compare human voice spectrums and musical instrument and synthesiser spectrums. The Optical Room focuses on the fascinating world of light, ranging from prisms, lenses and mirrors to laser beams and holography. Rooms of Electricity and Magnetism, Mechanics, Visual Perception and Physical State complete the different experiments the visitor can delve into.
