Its
five halls exhibit material related to the Desert Campaign and the
Conquest of the North. Worthy of mentioning are a Remington carbine
used by the line regiments, a coffer holding the ashes of Sergeant
Benítez, a native of the town, and the original plate placed on
the tomb of this sergeant who died in 1912. There are also recreations
of the Officers' Club of Regiment 12 of the Cavalry, of the army
headquarters and of the cells used for the soldiers and Indian rebels.
Also on display are photographs and weapons used in the struggle
against the Indians.

Presidencia Roca lies 180km away from the capital of the province.
In order to get there from the capital one must first follow national
route No.11 up to its intersection with provincial route No.90,
then turn off on this route until it crosses provincial route No.3
where Presidencia Roca is located.
