Museum of the City

on the corner of Sarmiento Ave. and Pasaje Centenario St.

to 8 p.m.;
Sundays from 2:30 to 9 p.m.
This
museum was created by the Association of Descendants and Pioneers
and comprises two halls. Exhibits include a glyptodont armor and
the shell of a giant turtle, meteorites discovered in the area,
the coat of arms used by the first contingent of the National Frontier
Police stationed in the city and an important collection of coins.
The museum also harbors a recreation of a typical turn-of-the-century
general store.
