In
the province of Cordoba are three Mountain ranges, like, Sierras
Chicas, Sierras Grandes and Sierras de Pocho.
In
the middle of the mountain ranges are valleys and people had
settled and made towns like Villa Giardino, in the northwest
with a great nature in the Valle de Punilla 1.078 meters over
the sea level.
The name "Valle de Punilla", was given by the conquerors when
thay felt the effect of the high similar to la puna.
