"Almafuerte" Museum and library

This museum has only one hall and specializes in historical books. It harbors a large number of very old books on Argentine history, geography and universal history. Worthy of mentioning is a leather-bound collection of the complete works of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, a "History of the World in Modern Times" published by Cambridge University and edited by the daily "La Nación" in 1913, and a book on the country´s first centennial anniversary edited in 1910.

Sauce
Sauce is located 350km away from the city of Corrientes. In order to get there from the provincial capital one must travel down national route No.12 up to its intersection with national route No.123. One must then carry on down this route up to national route No. 119, switch to this route up to Curuzú Cuatiá where one must take provincial route No. 126 up to Sauce which lies 3km inland down an access road.
