This museum has a single large hall harboring paintings by local and other argentine artists and a large number of documents related to the history of Mercedes Amongst the exhibits on display, there is a 19th century armchair, an old mailboy, the first postage stamp in the country, a photograph a sewing machine dating from 1930, branding rods and the first bicks that were used in the construction of the local houses.
