Diamante
is located 40 km away from Paraná and can be reached down
provincial route N°11.
This
city was founded in 1836 and stands at the head of the Paraná
delta. This area witnessed a military encounter between the
forces of Urquizas and Rosas.
Worthy
of visiting is the Pre-Delta National Park a true reservoir
of local flora and fauna that can be visited in small boats.
