Open Tuesdays through Sundays from 4 to 8 p.m.

This
museum was inaugurated on September 8, 1982, on the festivity of
the Virgin of Aranzazu, patron saint of the city. It functions in
a large house dating from the early 20th century that symbolizes
the town's rich architectural heritage. It harbors collections of
sacred art, clothing, musical instruments and sound-reproducing
machines, weapons, watches cameras, ornamental objects, items for
everyday use, a sector devoted to Indian archaeology paleontology,
a photograph archive and a library of publications and newspapers.
Also worthy of mentioning is a German winding musical box from the
19th century a virgin made by the Indians over 150 years ago and
pottery and boleadoras('bolas') belonging to the Charrúa Indians.
Victoria
Victoria is 117km distant from the city of Paraná down provincial
route No. 11. Located on the banks of the Paraná river it is known
as the "city of the seven hills" because of its rolling landscape.
