This
museum harbors old relics that bear testimony of the splendor of
the province´s history. It comprises five halls, one of which is
a General Hall, another is devoted to Sacred Art, the third covers
the Belgian Immigration, the fourth is devoted to Brigadier General
Crispín Velázquez while the last is dedicated to Natural Sciences.
Its must valuable exhibits include the document certifying the promotion
of Brigadier Crispín Velázquez signed by Urquiza, an armchair used
by Hipólito Yrigoyen (1852-1933 -Argentine president)when visited
the city an old coffee grinding machine.
Villaguay
This city is located 155 km away from Paraná down national route
No.18 provincial route No. 20. It was peopled by Belgian settlers
who arrived in the country during the '80s.
