From Buenos Aires:

National Route N°9 until Rosario. There continue to the North through the National Route N°11 that leads you to Formosa.

Another option: surrounding the river Paraná through route N°9 and then route N°12 until Corrientes Capital where you should cross to Chaco and continue through National route N°11.

From Paraguay, International bridges:

Two international bdridges on the river Pilcomayo: Ignacio de Loyola, that unites Clorinda (Arg.) with Puerto Falcón (Paraguay); the Juan Domingo Perón unites General Belgrano (Argentina) with Gral. Bruguez (Paraguay); and one footbridge unites Clorinda (Argentina) with Puerto Elsa, today Nanawa (Paraguay).
