Juan Miranda Museum

This museum is opened upon request. Juan Miranda transported the Virgin of Andacollo from Chile to the town of Jagüé. His son, Jesús Miranda, organized this museum with the support of the Rotary Club. Its collections comprise archaeological pieces, lithic material and ceramics, as well as 19th century religious imagery.

Jagüé is located 375km. away from the city of La Rioja and 34km. away from Vinchina. It lies on provincial route No. 26, in the east of the province on the bed of river La Troya.
