it is known as in Apóstoles - that was built in 1902 using stones
from the Jesuitical Reductions located in Apóstoles. The museum
was named after the missionary and martyr who founded the town under
the name of "Natividad" (Nativity) in 1633. One of its halls is
devoted to prehistory and contains lithic and ceramic material from
the different Indian cultures that inhabited the region The Jesuitical
hall exhibits tiles, tombstones, engraved stones, wrought iron and
objects made of lead and other metals. Finally, the Colonization
hall contains objects from everyday life that preserve the memory
of the first colonizers.
