Police Force Museum
Located
on the corner of Santiago del Estero and Félix de Azara Streets

Open Mondays through Fridays from 7 to 12 a.m. and from 3:30 to
8 p.m.
This
museum comprises one hall located in the Provincial Police Headquarters.
It harbors old fashioned weapons and collector´s items, documents,
uniforms, photographs and other articles that reflect the different
periods of the institution´s history. Exhibits also include items
used by criminals and famous cases. Most of the pieces were donated
by retired policemen or their families.
Posadas
The city of Posadas is the capital of the province of Misiones and
is located 1,060 km away from, the city of Buenos Aires. To get
there from Buenos Aires one must take national route No. 9 up to
its intersection with national route No. 14 and then travel down
this route towards the Notlh. Another alternative is to take national
route No. 12 that goes past the city of corrientes. Posadas lies
on the Paraná River and is 297 km. away from the province´s main
attraction: the Iguazú Falls, and 60 km away from the ruins of the
San Ignacio Miní Jesuitical Missions.
