The
city arose in consequence of the discovering of petroleum
in the zone. It has colections of zoology, paleontology, archaeology,
history and art.
In this city was discovered the Argentinosaurus Huinculensis,
the biggest herbivorous in the world, and has
90 millons years. The complete skeleton wasn´t found,
but it can be estimated that it was 40 mts. long.
It can be seen in the museum of Carmen de Patagones.
