Situated in a. interval sector of the mountain ranges and te coast, the city of Balcarce honors the Suipacha hero, Brigadier General Antonio González Balcarce. It has an exlellent race course, taht takes tha name of the five times F1 world champion, Juan Manuel Fangio.

There is a cultural and tecnology center and a museum named "Juan Manuel Fangio" in which you can see vehicles and objects used by the great sportman.
