The fishing is one of the most important activites for the tourist that comes here. Tipical of this place is the wharf of wood, of 100 m long and 4 m de wide, with services, comfort and good ilumination at night.

On the first days of november it is celebrated the regional party "Vientos de Pampa y Mar" (winds of Pampa and sea), with cultural and musical spectacles. At the limit of the city is the Monte de Duhau, dense forest, of acacias, pines and eucaliptus, in which it is one beautiful construction made by the Duhau family, considered one of the first constructions in the zone.
