From Capital Federal and Gran Buenos Aires:
Through the Route N°2, you get to Mar del Plata and the Route N°11 to Santa Clara del Mar.

Other alternative is, is to go through the Route N°3, until the Route N°226 that takes you to Mar del Plata and then Route N°11 to Santa Clara del Mar.

You can alos go through the Route N°36 an then N°11 to Santa Clara del Mar.

From La Pampa, Cordoba or Mendoza, through the Route N°35 and after Bahía Blanca take the Route N°3 until Tres Arroyos. There take the Route N°228 to Necochea. Finally take the Route N°88 to Mar del Plata and Route N°11 until Santa Clara del Mar.

You can also go through the Route N°5 and then N°226 to Mar del Plata.

From Santa Fe, through the Route N°33, to Route N°5 and then N°226. Or Routes N°51, N°226 and N°11.

From the Patagonia through the Route N°3 until Tres Arroyos. There take the Route N°228 to Necochea. Finally take the Route N°88 to Mar del Plata and Route N°11 until Santa Clara del Mar.

From Neuquen or Bariloche through the route N°22 and then after Bahía Blanca take the Route N°3 until Tres Arroyos. There take the Route N°228 to Necochea. Finally take the Route N°88 to Mar del Plata and Route N°11 until Santa Clara del Mar.
