In 1931, Gesell, began to plant different kind of trees on the coast, which was a desert, to make a Summer Villa.
Actually is a great city, with everything a tourist or nieghbour needs.
In the beach or clubs, you can make sports play tennis, paddle, futbol (soccer), volley, etc. Or water sports like jet-ski, swimming, kite surf, etc.
After a complete sunny day, at night in Villa Gesell, you can enjoy restaurants, dance clubs, and entertainmet for all ages.

Of course the city have grown but it maintains the same atmosphere, paths and beaches as in the beginning. The dunes, sports, horse riding, among other things combined with the 3rd avenue, completes your vacations.
