for last you should take Route N°40, with a total of 234
Km.

Salta:
Through Route N°68 with a total of 234 Km. to get to Cafayate.
Bus
There are some daily services from Tucumán and Salta.
Air
From
Buenos Aires and some cities of Argentina to the Salta Airport.
Train
to
San Miguel de Tucuman or cargo to Salta.
