This center has a large hall devoted to regional handicraft. Worthy of mentioning are the bedspreads made of llama and guanaco wool, copper pans, hand-woven "ponchos" (a blanket like cloak with a hole in the center to admit the head) and other articles of clothing and dried fruit from the area.

Rodeo
Rodeo lies 198km. away from the city of San Juan to get there one must follow national route No.40 up to San José de Jáchal and then turn left along provincial route No.150. The place is ideal for the practice of all sorts of water sports in the Cuesta del Viento Dam. The chapel of St. Domingo de Guzmán, which is over 100 years old, is also worth a visit.
