AN IMPRESSIVE MOTOR-RACING CIRCUIT
In the Quebrada de Zonda, a beautiful, wild valley surrounded by mountains with a stream called the Zonda flowing through it, is one of the world's most impressively situated motor-racing tracks. In the city itself, you should visit the Museo Geográfico and the Jardín de los Poetas with the province's coat of arms. Leaving the town of Pachaco the valley opens up and the Cordillera de la Totora can be seen in the distance.

the magnificent mountain of El Alcázar, from whose summit a landscape of unusual eroded sandstone shapes can be seen.
Barreal lies in a valley surrounded by the Cordillera de los Andes, the Cordillera de Ansilta and the Sierra del Tontal.
In the nature reserve El Leoncito you can pay a visit to the Complejo Astronómico and the Observatorio Félix Aguilar.
