This museum´s three halls exhibit material related to the region´s cultural history. Amongst the material on display there are items that belonged to the first inhabitants, a collection of bottles, an old petrol dispenser and telephone booth. One of its halls is devoted to Manuel Peyrano, the founder of the town, since the museum was created in commemoration of the town´s 100th anniversary.

Peyrano lies 240km. away from the provincial capital. To get there one must take the Santa Fe-Rosario expressway up to San Lorenzo, then switch to route A012 up to provincial route No.18. One must carry on down this route up to provincial route No.90 and finally cover 9km. down the access road.
