This is a private museum comprising four halls harboring paintings, sculptures and engravings from different parts of the world. It also has a library and a projector. Antonio Terragni was a journalist who worked for the dailies "La Nación" and "El Litoral" and edited his own newspaper"Vida Rural". The museum operates in what used to be his home. Its most valuable exhibits are a bronze sculpture by Fioravanti and an oil painting by Benito Quinquela Martín.
