This museum is currently in the process of moving to a new building. The exhibits on display offer insight into the history of the region. Worthy of mentioning are some archaeological remains that were discovered in the Mar Chiquita lake in Córdoba as well as a number of articles related to everyday life in Ceres. Amongst the latter there is a bread toaster dating from 1907, a corn threshing machine from 1929, ironwork from 1890 and a steam fan dating from the late 19th century.

Ceres
Ceres lies practically on the frontier with the province of Santiago del Estero. It is 270km distant from the city of Santa Fe from which one must travel down national route No. 19 up to its intersection with national route No.34, then switch to this route and travel north up to Ceres.
