This museum has four halls containing historica1 and regional material related to the town. Exhibits include objects that belonged to the San Martín railway line, an old-fashioned movie projector, radios and utensils belonging to Italian and Spanish immigrants. It occupies one of the town´s first buildings that dates from 1903. The museum was founded in 1991 and forms part of the library that has been there since 1931.

Villa Cañás
Villa Cañás is located 340km. away from the city of Santa Fe. To get there from the provincial capital one must take the expressway to Rosario and then carry on down national route No.33 up to Firmat. From this town one must travel south down provincial route No.93 up to Melincué and then take provincial route No.90 up to Chapuy where one must switch to provincial route No.94 up to Villa Cañás.
