Open Tuesdays through Fridays from 8 to 12 a.m. and from 3 to 7p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays from 4 to 7p.m. in summertime and from 3 to 6p.m. in wintertime.

This museum shares the same building with the "Andrés Roverano" Histotical Museum. It comprises two halls devoted to plastic arts and handicraft. Enrique Estrada Bello is a renowned plastic artist of Santa Fe. Exhibits include paintings, engravings, sculptures and photographs by local and other Argentine artists. It organizes periodical competitions, salons and itinerant exhibitions.
