Open Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 4 to 7p.m.
This
museum conprises two halls containing paleontologic, archaeologic
and urban material. It also harbors a large number of documents
concerning the towns history as well as old photographs. Exhibits
include an alcohol-powered fan dating from 1920, a radio assembled
by a local farmer in 1930, a battery-operated English radio from
the same period and a Pianola dating from 1890.
Arequito
Arequito lies 230km away from the city of Santa Fe. To get there
from the provincial capital one must take the expressway to Rosario
up to the town of San Lorenzo, then switch to national route A012
up to national route No. 33. One must follow this route up to Casilda
and then carry on down provincial route No.92.
