Its four halls preserve the memory of the history, life and customs of the area and house items related to the agricultural colonization, the arrival of the first immigrants and journalistic material. Amongst the exhibits on display, there are outstanding pieces such as a lance and a weapon used in the Battle of Pavón, two handkerchiefs that belonged to Carlos Gardel, a collection of medals and items related to Catholic rites. There are also items for everyday use on exhibition including a 19th century sewing basket and a plan of Cañada de Gómez dating from 1913.
