This museum comprises a single hall containing household articles, religious objects, farm tools and equipment that preserve the memory of local history. One of its most treasured pieces is the railing from the house that belonged to Mariano Cabal who founded the city in 1871. The museum is in charge of setting up signals identifying historial sites in the area and of preserving the old Posta del Bajo.
