This museum comprises only one hall exhibiting remnants of the first settlement, pieces of aboriginal handicraft, religious images and engravings by Florian Palme. Amongst its most unusual objects is an image of San Francisco Javier and a Christ of unknown origin both of which have Mocoví features. It also exhibits musical instruments and farm implements as well as several archaeological pieces belonging to the Mocoví Indians that inhabited the area.
