• FISHING AND HUNTING
You can catch boga, catfish, dorado, shad and pejerrey in the immense artificial lake of Río Hondo (33,000ha). You can hunt for puma, peccary, hare, vizcacha, and partridge.
• QUECHUA TRADITION
The capital's carnival, the National Fiesta de Encuentros Corales de Invierno, the Fiesta del Canasto in Termas de Río Hondo and the Fiesta de la Chacarera in La Banda, are all worth visiting.
