194 km. from S.M. de Tucumán and with 1815 meters over the
sea, you find Colalao del Valle. The town rises at the coast
of the river Santa María that feeds their lands. The limit
to the north is with Tolombón (Salta), at the South with Santa
María (Catamarca), Easte with the cumbres calchaquies and
to the west with the sierras de El Cajón or Quilmes.
