El Rosedal Museum Located
on the corner of Congreso and Mitre streets Fostered by its owners, this museum aims at reproducing the spirit of an old bar or pulpería, where villagers and people from the surrounding areas gathered to give life to the tradicional feast of Simoca held every Saturday. The idea is to gather material related to the townspeople's history, focusing on the production of sugar cane and different handicrafts, as well as the preservation of typical local foods that characterize the town. This house is also remembered for the popular festivities and carnival celebrations of times gone by, where well-known orchestras played under the branches of the trees in the dirt yards.
